At LESS IS MORE APPAREL LIMITED, we are committed to the quality of our apparel and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date (for in-store purchases) or the delivery date (for online purchases), provided the clothing item(s) meet the return conditions outlined below. All communication regarding returns and refunds will be conducted via email.

Return Shipping Costs:

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Consumer-Initiated Return (e.g., Size, Color, Change of Mind): If the return is due to consumer preference (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose. We will clearly state “Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer” on the product page, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If, due to our error, the clothing received is damaged upon arrival or is not the correct items, LESS IS MORE APPAREL LIMITED will be fully responsible and the consumer will not be required to bear the return shipping fee.

No Prior Disclosure of Return Shipping Cost: If we have not clearly stated before purchase that the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs, LESS IS MORE APPAREL LIMITED will pay the return shipping fee.

Express Shipping Charges: If the consumer voluntarily chooses a more expensive shipping method at the time of original purchase (e.g., expedited delivery), the additional cost of this express shipping is non-refundable.

What to do if your items arrive damaged:

If your items arrive damaged, LESS IS MORE APPAREL LIMITED will take full responsibility. We will provide free repair, replacement or refund upon request. We will also be responsible for the return shipping costs of the faulty items.

Refund Timeframe: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Possible Refund Deductions:

LESS IS MORE APPAREL LIMITED reserves the right to deduct a percentage from the refund amount if the returned clothing is damaged during the return shipping process. This is to cover the loss in value due to the damage.

Damage During Return Shipping: If the clothing is damaged during return shipping, we may charge a fee of 30-70%, depending on the extent of the damage. We will provide photographic evidence of the damage and a clear explanation of the deduction via email before issuing the refund.

Cancellations (60 Minutes):

Timeframe: Within 60 minutes of placing the order.

If Shipped: If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, cancellation is not possible; you will need to initiate a return after receiving the order.

If you can’t cancel your order, you can start a return once your order arrives.

Exchanges:

You can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date using a LESS IS MORE APPAREL LIMITED complimentary return label (when applicable, based on the above shipping cost policy) and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.
Unauthorized Returns:

Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.
